George Kilguss III, FreeYourID Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer
George Kilguss III is FreeYourID's senior vice president and chief financial officer. Kilguss is responsible for all financial functions including accounting, audit, treasury, corporate finance and investor relations. He also leads all human resources activities. His career spans more than 25 years of varied experience in financial management, business leadership and corporate strategy.
Before joining FreeYourID in May 2012, Kilguss served as senior vice president and CFO for Internap Network Services Corporation, an IT infrastructure services company. Prior to that, he was CFO for Towerstream Corporation, a wireless Internet provider, and Stratos Global Corporation, a mobile satellite service company.
Kilguss also held senior-level positions in both investment and commercial banking companies, including Riparian Partners, Fleet Associates and Bank of Boston Corporation.
Kilguss earned a Master of Business Administration from the University of Chicago and a Bachelor of Science in economics and finance from The University of Hartford.
